Terms of Use

This is an English translation of the Russian document. If they differ, the Russian version prevails.

1. What this is

An agreement between the operator — not filled in: operator_name in nera_server.ini, TIN (INN) not filled in: operator_inn in nera_server.ini — and you as a user of NERA Clip (also called NERA): the desktop app, the bot @neraclipbot, NERA Studio (your account) and the catalog at https://neraclip.ru. By using NERA Clip you accept these terms. Consent to personal data processing is given separately and is not part of this agreement.

2. What NERA Clip provides

Cutting clips from your streams and recordings, clip styles, multistreaming, posting on your command, reports, stream maps, controlling your computer from your phone, a channel catalog and lessons.

The first 7 days are free with all features. Paid plans will come later; we will tell you about their terms in the bot in advance, and nothing will be charged without your consent. The referral program grants subscription days — the rules are in NERA Studio, section “Referrals”.

3. Your content

Clips are yours: NERA Clip gets no rights to them. You are responsible for the rights to what goes into your clips: music, other people's streams and materials. Other people's recordings may be posted only with the author's permission or under the platform's rules. NERA Clip does not add its own logos or watermarks to your videos.

4. Platforms

Posting goes through the platforms' official APIs on behalf of your account — on your command or on the posting plan you turned on. Follow the platforms' rules: we cannot guarantee that a platform will not restrict or remove a video.

By connecting YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. By connecting TikTok you agree to TikTok's terms of service; before each TikTok post you choose yourself who can view the video.

5. Advertising

Ad requests from the catalog go to a manager. Ads are placed under the Russian advertising law: with labeling, and in channels with 10,000 or more subscribers — only if the channel is registered with Roskomnadzor.

6. Not allowed

• breaking the law or other people's rights, distributing prohibited content;
• interfering with the service, bypassing its limits or overloading it with requests;
• sharing access to your account with others or using NERA Clip for spam.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep everything working, but we are not liable for platforms' decisions, lost profits or data on your computer. If liability does arise, it is limited to the amount you paid for the last month.

8. Termination

You can stop using NERA Clip at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may restrict access if these terms are violated.

9. Changes and disputes

Version of 29.10.2026; the current version is on this page, and we will tell you about significant changes in the bot. The law of the Russian Federation applies. Disputes are first resolved by correspondence (30 days to answer a claim), then in court at the operator's location.
